Modern and well-lit spot with brand-new amenities! It's close to an industrial zone, but that actually adds to the convenience. Great location all in all 👍.

I choose this hotel purely to stay en route to the Uk from the Southern Alps.

I arrived at 10.10pm the place was in almost complete darkness, I tried to check in at the automated machine following all the instructions, it did not reconise my booking number or my credit card, it was most furstating, even other guests tried to help me, we even phoned 2 numbers and got no help, I then booked another room and saw the Manager in the morning, who said I would have to pay for both rooms, I complained and eventually he called up head office and said I would be refunded, I still aswait that. This was most unsatisfactory, I didnt sleep very well and I feel the probelm could have been dealt with ina better manner, I would choose not to stay at these hotels again as I would be worried about getting in again.

I was given fairly quiet room with window open, a non working toilet plus bath. Location: the hotel was really close to a 24-hour KFC and beef restaurant and France. Also, it was 5 min drive from Ponds Fouchy...

The room was a good size with a window and bath, the location was convenient with close proximity to a KFC, Steakhouse, the center of town, and a business park.

Good stopping off point on drive back.

Booked on this site. Arrived at 11pm after hotel staff gone and could not get into hotel because needed a pin code that had not been sent in the Booked.net email and had to phone manager.

Appreciated how perfect and gorgeous the property was and its very very helpful staff with a helpful receptionist.

The rooms here are practical and tidy with a shower; breakfast offers various dishes, and the staff, including the receptionist, are friendly and accommodating.

I hated my very lumpy pillow which interfered with a good night's sleep - it would put me off staying again and is a small thing for the hotel to put right.

We booked this hotel as an overnight stopover travelling through France. The hotel is a cheap budget hotel in a business area, surrounded by car dealerships. However it was clean and comfortable, the 4/5 bedded room was a good size and smoke free. It was an easy quick drive into the centre of Troyes where we went for our evening meal, although there was a restaurant close by we didn't fancy it. The staff were helpful and friendly. We chose to have breakfast the next morning which was adequate but not brilliant - a budget breakfast! It's not somewhere for a holiday but it worked well as a no-frills overnight stop and it certainly was cheap and clean and that's all we wanted. We stayed at a weekend but it might be a bit noisy during the week. There was a Geant Casino hypermarket with 24 hr petrol station nearby too.

It's a basic no frills cheap hotel which is clean and comfortable - if that's not what you want then don't stay here!

This place is tranquil and tidy, despite a malfunctioning toilet.

Day break of the reception desk is strange

High squality of interieur compared to other low budget hotels.
